I decided that I may never take the right pictures...

so I would go ahead and just post that I am still here and kicking. I haven't done a lot of stitching, but I did want to wait until I remembered to take a picture and download it before I next posted. Well, I decided that nearly three months was long enough to wait without any action. LOL

What I have done mostly this last three months is read. I was introduced to James Patterson around Thanksgiving of last year, and I have been doing my best to read everything he has written ever since. Although, I do have to read a little lighter fare between books. So, Nora Roberts, Evanovich, Macomber, Binchy and Benton-Frank have had an upswing in their sales. I have come to the point that I have to have my "read" list on my Itouch so that when I am in the Half-priced Book store, I will not buy duplicates.

Family wise, DD Lisa has bought a house and will be moving into it next month. We have been so proud of the way she went about it, and the guts she showed in the negotiating process. This is going to be a wonderful thing for both her and DGD Lily. I like it too because now when I stay with her during the week, I will have my own room!! Whoo Hoo!!

My two DSs are doing fine just keeping up with life. DGS, Harrison is now playing Little League baseball and is getting a reputation for being a base stealer - go Harrison!!

DH has given us a bit of concern as he has had some chest pains incidents. Tests seem to show that he has a mild blockage but not one that needs surgery and in the wrong place for a stint. DH doesn't really like that diagnosis, but I tried to tell him that I have been living with several small blockages for the last 10 years. But - Well, he is a man. LOL

While I have not kept up with my blog for all this time, I have been reading all of your blogs, and I think you all are amazing. So many beautiful projects and so many fantastic ways of finishing them. Keep up the good work, and I will be back in the crossstich game again!!

Please stay happy and healthy!
