Wow, it has been a month and a half..

Both since I have taken time to post, and in all the things that have gone on since I have posted. Unfortunately, not much of it includes stitching, although I have finished to first section and am about 1/3 of the way done with the second section of the Spanish Mystery Sampler. I will try to post a picture of the first section soon.

I am very happy because it has worked out that I can go to Myrtle Beach this October to be with the Cross Stitch Pals. What fun that is to spend time with people who have the same hobby that they love like you do. It is also quite impressive to see what other people can do with their craft. I usually feel pretty much like an amateur when I am there, but that is okay. It just means that I still have a lot to learn!!

I am very excited that my oldest son and his son are coming to visit us next week!! One of my son's best friends is getting married, so he is coming to Kentucky for the wedding. Since he lives in Maine, we don't often get to see them. I am sorry that my daughter-in-law won't be able to make the trip because she just got a new job.
