I am soooo excited!!!

My doctor told me that he saw no reason for me not to be able to go to Myrtle Beach and to the Pals Fall Fling!!!!!! I can't tell you how happy that makes me. I really needed to have this to look forward to and most of all a chance to get away. And, of course, could there be any better "getting away" than going to PALS??? I am going to make the reservations tomorrow and get me all settled in. I was so excited Friday night I went up to my craft room and dug out an autumn chart to stitch for the Fall/Halloween exchange. I also pulled fabric and floss to do a Halloween one and for a Christmas ornament. Can you tell I am excited?? LOL Right now, I am still not sleeping a lot because of the medicine I am on, so I was able to get about half of the autumn one done this weekend even though we were taking care of our DGD. Stitched before she got up!!

Here is how far I got done on Santa Clothes this week. I thought I would get more time than I did. And, poor Santa is going to have to live with bermuda shorts for a while. I ran out of floss for his britches. At least, I wasn't planning to stich on them much more for awhile. There is supposed to be a partial LNS (apparantly mostly needlepoint) a short distance away so I am going to go there to see if they have that floss. If not, I have several other things I want/need from Amy at Down Sunshine Lane. She could and probably would have it all to me before I even knew it.

Well the problem with getting up at 4 means you are close to comotose by 11, so signing off for the day,

Have a wonderfully happy and healthy next week and I do so appreciate and enjoy your coments.
